These web pages are an information resource about the Lamoille Transmission Upgrade Project (LTUP) and Docket 7032, the case in which the project has been proposed for Public Service Board (PSB) approval.

The purpose of the site is to:

• Help interested stakeholders understand and stay informed about the project and the formal case now before the Public Service Board.
• Give background information about issues of public concern surrounding this project and transmission upgrades in general.
• Provide a channel for the public to comment on the project and obtain information from the Department of Public Service as the project and Docket 7032 proceed.

The site includes much information specific to the case, such as all Department of Public Service (DPS) filings in the case, and filings made by other parties who have provided their materials in electronic form.

It also includes extensive background information about how the approval process (often called the Section 248 process) works, Q&As and fact sheets about issues in the case, a glossary of legal and technical terms, links to media coverage and other related sites, and information about public participation.
