Survey for GMP's Proposed Temporary Limited Alternative Regulation Plan

06 September 2017

On June 2, 2017, Green Mountain Power (GMP) filed a petition with the Vermont Public Utility Commission (formerly the Public Service Board) requesting approval of the temporary continuation of several limited aspects of GMP’s current alternative regulation plan, which expires on December 31, 2017. The Department wants to hear from the public regarding this investigation, especially from GMP customers.

Public hearings were held in Rutland and Brattleboro. However, consumers can still provide comments regarding this case.

Consumers are encouraged to take a short, anonymous survey about GMP's proposed temporary alternative regulatation plan. Survey results will help inform the Department's understanding of public perception in this proceeding. The survey can be accessed at GMP Temporary Limited Alternative Regulation Plan (Case # 17-3232) survey.

For more information about how to file comments with the Commission, to participate in in this proceeding and/or to view GMP’s petition, please visit the ePUC webpage (search for case 17-3232).
