Agencies Providing Financial Assistance
The Vermont Department of Public Service annually compiles a list of government and private agencies which may provide assistance to consumers in paying their utility bills.
The list is organized by county. Please note that the emergency shelters listed may not be sources of financial assistance, but have been included because of the possibility that households facing disconnection may need emergency shelter.
