- William R. Steinhurst, DPS, The purpose of Dr. Steinhurst's testimony is explain what actions the Board may take regarding prudence and used and useful issues in this proceeding and to present the Department's recommendations on those issues and setting rates overall for this case.
- Dave Lamont, DPS, The purpose of Mr. Lamont's testimony is to address certain issues with CV's proposed power cost estimates.
