PSB Docket No. 6596: Tariff filing of Citizens Communications Company, d/b/a Citizens Energy Services, requesting a rate increase in the amount of 40.02%, to take effect December 15, 2001

The DPS has filed is currently recommending a $426,113 increase (1.47%) in rates for Citizens Utilities Vermont Electric Divisions (VED) and has also filed testimony with the Board on non-rate issues. (3/07/2002)
