Vermont Department of Public Service's RFP for Two Statistically Valid Telecommunications Surveys

The mission of the Vermont Public Service Department (Department) is to serve all citizens of Vermont through public advocacy, planning, programs, and other actions that meet the public's need for least cost, environmentally sound, efficient, reliable, secure, sustainable, and safe energy, telecommunications, and regulated utility systems in the state for the short and long term. 

The Department is seeking the conduction of two surveys to be completed by qualified survey research contractors on the telecommunications needs of Vermont residential and business customers.  The goal is a cost-beneficial survey that will provide insight into the the perception of the telcommunicaiton infrastructure as it exists today, as well as identify the emerging trends and necesessary telecommunications developments for the future.

Proposals are due by the 4:00pm Friday May 5th, 2017 .  One original signed hard copy, one additional copy, and an electronic copy of the proposal must be delivered to the attention of Sunni Eriksen, Vermont Department of Public Service.  Proposals and questions can be submitted prior to the deadlines outlined in the RFP and should be directed to:
