• The Department has released a report, "Analysis and Recommendations Regarding the Regulation of FairPoint Communications, LLC." The report relies on a telecommunications market analysis conducted in course of a proceeding regarding a proposed Alternative Regulation Plan for FairPoint, currently pending before the Public Service Board.
• The DPS has released Utility Facts 2011, a comprehensive source for public utility information. As it becomes available, the Department will regularly update Utility Facts with electric, gas, telecommunications, and water utilitiy information.
• Vermont Department of Public Service Biennial Report July 1, 2004 - June 30, 2006.
• The DPS has released the Vermont Energy Efficiency Potential Study for Oil, Propane, Kerosene, and Wood Fuels. The study analyzes the achievable cost effective energy efficiency potential for Oil, Propane, Kerosene, and Wood Fuels.

• The DPS has released a Draft Update to the 2005 Electric Plan. The Draft Update is intended to supplement the 2005 Electric Plan and provide Vermonters with a consolidated source of information about the many actions and activities that have transpired since the January 19, 2005 release of the electric plan.
