Service Quality Plans
Providers of local telephone service in Vermont are subject to service quality standards. All local providers are subject to a generic set of standards that was established in Docket 5903. Verizon is subject to a more stringent set of standards as part of its incentive regulation plan. The Verizon service quality plan, unlike the generic plan, includes financial consequences for failure to meet required baselines. The two plans are posted below are in Acrobat PDF format.
