The Vermont Telecommunications Almanac is a subsection of the Telecom Plan that is updated every three years.  It contains extensive statistical and analytical information about the telecommunications landscape in Vermont. Note: Dial tone rates do not include mileage charges, where applicable. Residential caps are in addition to dial tone rates. Residential rates reflect rate with lowest level of included local usage. These prices represent the lowest cost basic exchange services offered by each company. Several of the companies also offer other service packages with higher monthly charges in exchange for unlimited quantities of local usage.

**In the Waitsfield exchange, the business local usage cap is $62.
