Q1. With regard to the workshops facilitation component, is the DPS looking for specific workshop agendas/syllabuses in the response, or just a list of potential topics to develop further with the DPS prior to the workshops?
A1. Topics are fine. We do not expect agenda/syllabuses in the responses. It would be helpful to hear thoughts on how best to structure the workshops generally.
Q2. On p. 7 of the RFP a set of Proposal Format instructions are provided. There does not appear to be a reference as to where the DPS would like a proposed scope of work, schedule and budget provided. Options include in the main body of the response described on p. 7 or in appendix. Does the DPS have a preference?
A2. The DPS does not have a preference at this time.
Q3. On p. 3 of the Revised Timeline, references to expected contracting process completion are provided as August 9, 2019 and end of August. Can the DPS clarify the timing on this item?
A3. At this stage, we believe that the August 9, 2019 date is reasonable, but over the course of the process, there is a risk that completion is not complete until the end of August.
Q4. Aside from the change in due date and timeline, are there any other changes to the RFP that we should be aware of?
A4. Other than the revised issue date on the RFP, there were no other changes.
