On August 31, 2020, the Two Rivers-Ottauquechee Regional Commission (TRORC) requested a new determination of energy compliance pursuant to 24 V.S.A. § 4352.

On Tuesday, September 29, 2020, the Department of Public Service (Department) held a virtual public hearing to collect input on the plan.
