The Vermont Housing Finance Agency (VHFA) offered the Vermont Homeowner Assistance Program (VHAP), to help homeowners pay for housing expenses and utility bills. PLEASE NOTE THAT VHAP IS NO LONGER ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS.
Consumers can sign up to be put on a waiting list should funds become available again at the VHFA website.
