Consolidated Service Quality Investigation
Montpelier—The Vermont Department of Public Service seeks public comments regarding the Vermont Public Utility Commission’s investigation into Consolidated Communications, Inc.’s compliance with service quality standards for retail customers of telecommunications services. The Public Utility Commission has scheduled two public hearings, the first in Readsboro on November 26, 2018, at 6:30 p.m. at the Readsboro Central School and the second on December 4, 2018, at 6:30 p.m. at the Bellows Free Academy in St. Albans. Public comments may be filed online at epuc or by emailing psd.consumer@vermont.gov. More information can be found on the Department’s website.
