Department Issues RFP for Hourly Impact of Energy Efficiency Evaluation Pilot
The Department of Public Service seeks a contractor or team of contractors to develop a pilot project for energy efficiency evaluation using advanced measurement and verification techniques. The primary objective is to estimate the hourly savings of residential and commercial electric efficiency measures to inform the Department’s understanding of the time-value of efficiency.

- Update Issued June 15: The deadline for electronic submissions remains July 3, but given postal and shipping service uncertainty related to COVID-19, the deadline for receipt of printed proposals is now Wednesday, July 8, 2020.

- Update Issued June 25: Please use the US Postal Service for sending printed proposals. Due to COVID-19 remote work, PSD staff members are not available to receive parcels from private delivery companies or to sign for items requiring a delivery signature.
