File a Complaint
You can file a complaint about the alleged failure of a CPG holder to comply with the terms and conditions of a CPG by contacting the Consumer Affairs and Public Information Division (CAPI), or by filing the online Consumer Complaint form. We appreciate your providing as much information as you can when you file a complaint. Reviewing the CPG Violation Complaint form may be useful prior to contacting us because it provides a list of many of the questions that the CAPI Specialist will ask. Anticipate a response within 3 to 5 business days.
Please feel free to cut and paste the text from the form into an e-mail or Word document. If you want to use the online complaint portal, the EDocument Upload section can be found at the end of the online Consumer Complaint form, where you can upload a completed CPG Violation Complaint form to your complaint.
You can also submit a complaint via email at psd.consumer@vermont.gov. Please put "CPG Violation Complaint" in the subject line; you can attach a completed CPG Violation Complaint form to your email.
