Public Comments

You can comment on a rate case by attending and speaking at a public hearing convened by the Public Utility Commission (see the PUC calendar). Written public comments can also be submitted to the PUC directly. Information about filing public comments can be found on the PUC's Make a Filing webpage. Comments can also be submitted to the PUC by writing to:

Helpful hint: if you create an account at ePUC (a simple and quick process), you'll be able to get more information and view documents associated with the case.

Rate Case Bulletins

Rate Case Bulletins include the case number specific to each rate case, and include information about the utility, the requested rate change and when and where public hearing(s) will be held concerning the case. You can use the case number to make a search at ePUC as directed above.
