The Department of Public Service (PSD) is closing their input surveys for a legislative report on the siting of telecommunications facilities under 30 V.S.A. § 248a. The electronic surveys for the 30 V.S.A. § 248a siting process, will shut down November 5th 2023, so the Department can organize the input for the legislative report. The report shall address how to make it easier for municipalities and individuals to participate in the process, how to encourage municipal participation, and to recommend any necessary updates to 30 V.S.A. § 248.
