NorthStar provides the trust balances for the nuclear decommissioning trust (“NDT”) and the site restoration trust (“SRT”) at of the end of each month. The funds contain money available to complete the decommissioning, and site restoration work, respectively. The Nuclear Regulatory Commission receives a 30-day advance notice for each withdrawal or “disbursement” from the NDT; the Department receives a 30-day notice of each disbursement from the SRT and has a right to object to these disbursements.
