The Department seeks a contractor or team of contractors to conduct an update to the 2021 electric and natural gas energy efficiency potential study. The update will be applicable to Vermont’s three Energy Efficiency Utilities. The primary objective of this work is to estimate electric and natural gas energy efficiency potential by various definitions including technical, economic, maximum achievable, and program achievable potential.
