The Vermont Community Broadband Board (VCBB) seeks to enter into a contract with one or more companies or organizations to provide strategic program development services, research and data analysis, community outreach and engagement, and writing services to facilitate the development of Vermont’s 5-Year Broadband Equity Access and Deployment (BEAD) and State Digital Equity Plans and Vermont’s Initial Proposal for funding under the BEAD Program that meets the requirements set forth by the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) Internet for All Programs. The work primarily involves community outreach and engagement, and strategic program development. Contracts will be for one year beginning in April 2023.
