On Thursday, July 19, 2018, the Department held a public hearing to collect input on the plan at the Central Vermont Medical Center in Berlin, Vermont.
On August 6, 2018, the Department issued its Determination of Energy Compliance for the Central Vermont Regional Planning Commission's plan.
