Make Quarterly Filings of Complaints Received (for state agencies or CPG holders)

CAPI tracks, consolidates and posts reports to the Department website about complaints. Entities should provide CAPI with data about any CPG complaints received or handled by that CPG holder or agency during the prior quarter by the 15th day of the month following the quarter’s end.  For a CPG holder or state agency that is reporting data about complaints received in the last quarter, please use the Quarterly Reporting of CPG Complaint Data form.
