The Consumer Affairs & Public Information (CAPI) Division investigates complaints in accordance with The Public Service Department's Non-Discrimination Policy and adhere to The State of Vermont's civil rights and environmental justice complaint reporting guidelines. Consumers seeking assistance with and reporting of environmental justice complaints (such as, but not limited to, unfair distribution of environmental benefits or environmental burdens on low-income, limited-English proficient, and BIPOC communities) should contact the CAPI Division.
