The Department of Public Service is seeking a qualified cable construction vendor to install new fiber optic cable splice enclosures along its open access fiber link between Hardwick and Newport, Vermont. The Department is also requesting that the vendor repair and maintain existing fiber line as necessary to install fiber splice enclosures. The Department anticipates the average number of enclosures to be 6.5 per mile.
