The Department of Public Service (Department) seeks to enter into a contract with one or more companies that can provide comprehensive polling services that support public engagement processes considering Vermont's electricity supply. Comprehensive polling should include methods that will engage participants resulting in their being better informed on renewable energy issues in the Vermont context.
