The Vermont Community Broadband Board is recruiting a Telecommunications Contract Negotiator to provide legal counsel for municipal telecoms. The selected consultant shall provide expert commercial contract legal and negotiating advice to Communications Union Districts engaged in activities such as negotiating for the provisioning of goods and services, establishing and enforcing operating or other partnership agreements, mergers and acquisitions, public and private investment agreements, and other types of public-private partnerships.
For more information, including scope of services and schedule, please see the RFP Document. Respondent selected for this work must be able to begin work within 30 days upon awarding of the contract and to prepare for meeting the timeline established in the RFP for the completion of work.
Bids will be accepted via email submission to: Stan.Macel@vermont.gov with a cc: to Robert.fish@vermont.gov. Proposals are due by 4:30 p.m., Friday, March 11th, 2022, with the goal of finalizing a contract as soon as practicable during March 2022.
