The Public Service Department (PSD) is holding an in-person listening session at the Montpelier High School cafeteria, 5 High School Drive, Montpelier, to gather public input for a legislative report on the siting of telecommunications facilities under 30 V.S.A. § 248a.
During this session, PSD will provide a brief overview of the 30 V.S.A. § 248a process, along with time set aside for participants to share their comments. By holding these sessions, PSD hopes to gain insight on how to increase accessibility for the public and the municipalities during the siting of telecommunications facilities under 30 V.S.A. § 248a. Everyone is welcome to this free event.
