The Panelists appointed to VT NDCAP as of October 31, 2023 are identified in this document. Fifteen of VT NDCAP's 19 positions are currently filled. The four vacancies consist of one citizen-appointee by the Vermont Governor's Office (due to the recent passing of Steve Skibniowsky), one citizen-appointee by the Vermont Senate President Pro Tempore's Office, and the two optional Panel appointees representing the New Hampshire and Massachusetts towns, respectively, that were previously part of Vermont Yankee's 10-mile radius Emergency Planning Zone. (These last two positions are appointed by the New Hampshire and Massachusetts Governor's Offices, respectively.)
