Renewable Energy Standard (RES) Annual Compliance Report
The RES report is due no later than August 31st of each year, to demonstrate the utility’s compliance with retiring a minimum quantity of renewable energy attributes or Renewable Energy Credits (RECs), and to achieve fossil fuel savings from energy transformation projects.
