The Department of Public Service (Department) held a public hearing to collect input on the plans on August 31, 2017 at the St. Albans City Hall Auditorium in St. Albans, Vermont.
On September 19, 2017, the Department issued its Determination of Energy Compliance for the Northwest Regional Plan and Regional Energy Plan.
