This document compiles comments submitted via Chat during the March 28, 2022 meeting of VT NDCAP's Federal Nuclear Waste Policy Committee. Links to several documents discussed by Deep Isolation, Inc. during the meeting are included in this meeting chat.

In response to the US Department of Energy’s (DOE's) Request for Information (RFI) on using a Consent-Based Siting Process to identify Federal Interim Spent Nuclear Fuel Storage Facilities, VT NDCAP's Federal Nuclear Waste Policy Committee drafted several comments. These comments were reviewed, voted upon and approved by the Full Panel at a Special Meeting held on February 28, 2022. The approved comments were issued as the Advisory Opinion included here. This Advisory Opinion was filed as formal comments to the Department of Energy on March 3, 2022.
