The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers has filed comments on the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission proposed rules for Regulatory Improvements for Production and Utilization Facilities Transitioning to Decommissioning (Docket ID NRC-2015-0070). These NRC rules would govern decommissioning at facilities such as Vermont Yankee.

At its October 3 meeting, the FNWP Committee received an overview presentation of US Congressional Spent Nuclear Fuel Solutions Caucus activities. This overview was provided by Mr. Oliver Edelson, Legislative Assistant to US Representative Mike Levin (California 49th Congressional District), who Co-Chairs the Caucus.

This document consists of (the approved) VT NDCAP minutes for the September 19, 2022 Full Panel Meeting. A first draft of the minutes was published on September 28. The minutes were revised and approved at the December 12 Full Panel Meeting. The approved minutes were reposted on May 5, 2023 to correct a file access error and to fix a typo in the document footer. The content of the minutes is unchanged from the version approved on December 12, 2022.
