- Vermont Works for Women’s Women Can Do is a one-day career exploration conference for girls and gender-expansive youth in grades 9-12. Through this inspiring experience, hundreds of high schoolers from around Vermont will have the opportunity to try new technical skills in STEM and skilled trades, meet industry professionals, and hear directly from women and gender-expansive employees about their careers in fields where their gender is often under-represented.
