This document provides a brief synopsis of the history and current status of Federal High Level Nuclear Waste (Spent Nuclear Fuel) Policies, which will be used as a starting point for discussions at the March 6, 2023 VT-NDCAP Federal Nuclear Waste Policy Committee meeting. This synopsis was developed by the Committee members and VT-NDCAP support staff.

VT NDCAP 2022 Updated Draft Annual Report

Description
This file contains an updated draft of VT NDCAP's Annual Report for the 2022 Calendar Year, based on comments received through December 8. This draft will be discussed at the December 12 Full Panel meeting. Originally added to the Panel website on December 8, a website server upgrade required a restoration of this file on December 22.

Panel Members as of December 2022

Description
The Panelists appointed to VT NDCAP as of December 12, 2022 are identified in this document. Sixteen of VT NDCAP's 19 positions are currently filled. The three vacancies consist of one of the Panel's two citizen members appointed by the Vermont House Speaker, along with the two optional Panel appointees representing the New Hampshire and Massachusetts towns, respectively, that were previously part of Vermont Yankee's 10-mile radius Emergency Planning Zone.
